Delivery of the product will take 3-5 working days. Although we endeavour to ship products as efficiently as possible, from time to time delays may be experienced from our service providers. A tracking number will be provided to the customer once the product has been dispatched.
If a parcel is not received within 3-5 working days, customer should notify us via email at email@example.com. Follow up tracking will be done and a reply will be given within 48 hours of receipt of notification email.
